FounPro Scout Host Terms

These Host Terms govern your listing of spaces on the FounPro Scout platform. Please read them carefully. By hosting on FounPro Scout, you agree to comply with and be bound by these policies.
Eligibility
To list a space on FounPro Scout, you must be the legal owner or authorized custodian of the property. All locations are subject to approval based on safety, access, and alignment with shoot production quality.
Listing Requirements
Hosts must provide accurate descriptions, clear pricing structures, and up-to-date availability calendars. Uploaded photography must realistically portray the current visual condition of the physical premises.
Commission and Payouts
FounPro Scout charges a platform fee on confirmed bookings: 10% as standard, or the rate agreed for your listing and shown on your commission agreement. 18% GST applies to that fee (11.8% of the booking amount in total at the standard rate), never to the full booking amount. Payouts are due within 2 business days of a booking being completed, and are paid as a structured payout with a statement of any deductions.
Cancellation Policy
Host cancellations within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot are subject to fine penalties and review. Production crews may cancel up to 5 days before scheduled bookings for a complete refund.
Liability
Hosts must carry active liability protection or property insurance suitable for commercial film production. FounPro Scout is not liable for structural wear and tear or damage occurring during delivery.
Data Usage
We collect, use, and process your personal and banking details in accordance with our global Privacy Policy. Your location data is shared publicly to potential production crews solely to facilitate search matches.
